Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility

Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
How to Return an Item

If your return is within the 30‑day window, we’ll send you a prepaid FedEx return label.

Pack your item securely with the original packaging and label it with our return label.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
